PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a difference pressure generation mechanism in which a gas flow is used in addition to correction of pressure fluctuation on the secondary side due to pressure change on the primary side and to provide a regulator to improve Q-P2 characteristics by performing valve opening/closing control with the difference pressure generation mechanism. SOLUTION: Problems are solved by: providing a sealed gas chamber having a guide part to guide the vertical motions of a main valve in a primary pressure flow path at a lower part of the main valve and separated from the primary pressure flow path by a partition wall and a gas passage formed inside the main valve so as to communicate the gas chamber with a secondary pressure flow path; forming, at the exit of the valve sheet on the secondary valve side, a difference pressure chamber consisting of sealed small chambers separated by a partition body and providing the partition body with a restriction hole toward the secondary pressure flow path.
