PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a registration adjustment device that adjust the registration of video signals with different input modes in a short time. SOLUTION: The registration adjustment device is provided with storage sections 13, 15 that respectively store correction waveform data of a correction waveform signal to correct a scanning position of a video signal at m×n (m and n are natural numbers) sets of adjustment points extracted from a scanning line on a scanning screen of the image signal inputted by a first input mode, an input section 11 that receives a video signal of a 2nd input mode, read sections 14, 16 that read prescribed correction waveform data from the storage sections 13, 15 according to the input mode of the video signal of the 2nd input mode, an interpolation scanning line decision section 11 that decides number of scanning lines to interpolate an interval between the adjustment points according to the input mode of the video signal of the 2nd input mode, and correction waveform signal generating sections 14, 17, 18 that generate a correction waveform signal to correct the scanning position of the video signal scanning the adjustment points and an interval between the adjustment points on the basis of the read correction waveform data and the decided number of interpolation scanning lines by means of interpolation calculation.
