PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate electric discharges generated between electrode members, and firmly joint the electrode members on an insulation support, and thereby improve reliability with respect to fine vibrations over a long time. SOLUTION: This insulating support for accelerator is provided with two circular electrode members 2 disposed to face to each other wherein plural through-holes which penetrate the top and bottom surfaces are formed almost in same intervals; plural column shaped insulating supports 1 having a recessed part having a circular cross sectional shape at both ends surfaces where the both ends surfaces are respectively jointed to a main surface of the two electrode members 2 facing, so that the recessed part is coaxial with the through- hole, and a column shaped metal jointing member 6 inserted and brazed in the through-hole and the recessed part and having a hole on the end surface of a side inserted into the recessed part; and arithmetic average roughness of an exposed surface of the electrode member 2 and the metal jointing member 6 is set to 0.4μm or smaller.
