PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To initialize an accumulator with a response to a step input component from an output by controlling the timing for initializing the accumulator. SOLUTION: A zero-crossing detector 6 detects the zero-crossing point of an audio band signal S2 and feeds a zero-cross point signal S3 to a controller 7 while the controller 7 is also fed with a microcomputer control signal C0 from a control signal input terminal 8. This signal C0 shows a constant change request of a one-bit signal processor 4 and is generated and sent from a not shown microcomputer. Upon receipt of the constant change request of the processor 4 with the microcomputer control signal C0 , the controller 7 waits for generating the zero-crossing point signal S3 detected by the zero-crossing detector 6 and, if generated, sends to the processor 4 a control output signal C1 indicating the timing for the constant change and initializing of the processor 4.
