PURPOSE: A piling method for a prestressed concrete pile while driving and boring is provided to obtain high-quality pile foundation by maximizing ground frictional force and tip bearing force of a pile and to promote the use of a PHC pile by shortening a period of construction and reducing the construction costs. CONSTITUTION: The piling method for a prestressed concrete pile while driving and boring comprises the steps of: if it is concerned about the damage of a PHC pile(10) while driving a PHC pile(10) into the solid layer of the ground, stopping driving the PHC pile(10); putting an excavating machine using an auger or a tipper to the solid layer of the ground where a tip of the PHC pile(10) is driven in through a hollow part(11) of the PHC pile(10); forming a perforated part(30) by excavating to pass through the solid layer of the ground completely by the excavating machine; and removing a boring machine, then proceeding a driving work again to make the front of the PHC pile(10) reach to the last bearing layer.
