PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compute the actual value of a building from history management information by performing the history management of a building by using an electronic guarantee card even after transferring the building by using the actual value computing system of the building using an electronic certificate. SOLUTION: The actual value computing system of the building using the electronic certificate stored on an electronic recording medium consists of a housing maker means block consisting of a reader/writer means for reading information on the electronic certificate, an input means, a control means for controlling information in the reader/writer means and the input means, a display means, a printer means, a transmission/reception means and a data base server means. The electronic recording medium is the electronic certificate in which drawings such as a room layout drawing at transferring of the building, the list of members used for the building and the certificate are recorded and in which history management information on the maintenance and repair of the building after transferring is to be recorded additionally. The electronic recording medium has a means for automatically computing the actual value of the building. |
