摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system capable of controlling call originating and terminating not only depending on the side of a base station but also being reflected with the will of a user. SOLUTION: A portable telephone terminal 20 has a key pad 24 for accepting user setting of call terminating control by the user and a call terminating operation executing part 26 for determining whether a call can be terminated or not on the basis of call terminating control information and user setting when a call terminating signal is received.
