PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated filter element, the characteristics of which fluctuate only slightly and which can be manufactured easily. SOLUTION: A distributed filter circuit is formed by forming a coupling line, having a total electric length which is equal to the 1/4 of a wavelength (λ) by laminating a plurality of layers of unit coupling lines, constituted by arranging non-wound electrode patterns (A0 , A1 ,..., AN and B0 , B1 ,..., BN), in parallel with each other upon another and connecting the unit coupling lines (A0 -AN and B0 -BN) to each other through via holes.
