PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action history expressing device capable of story generating the experience or action history of a user on the basis of visual information such as cartoons. SOLUTION: An action history expressing device 100 receives, through a data inputting part 1010, action history information including static information decided before a user makes an action and dynamic information recorded in the action history of the user. An arithmetic processing part 1030 selects a story tree on the basis of the action history information by using data stored in a cartoon grammar data base 1050, a picture data base 1060 and a text data base 1070, selects and assigns a background picture to each frame on the basis of the selected story tree and the action history information, and selects and assigns a character picture and text information to each frame on the basis of the dynamic information. Thus, it is possible to generate a cartoon expressing the action history.
