PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact electric double-layer capacitor having enhanced mechanical strength. SOLUTION: Collecting metals 30, having polarized electrodes 20, bonded thereto are interposed opposed to each other with gel electrolyte or a separator 10 in between, and further electrolytic solution is added between the metals; and further, the workpiece is sandwiched between laminated films 40, and heat seal portions 43 located on the four sides are heat-sealed to form an electric double-layer capacitor. Window portions 41 are formed in the heat sealed portions 43 of the laminate films 40 in advance, and the parts of the collecting metals 30 are exposed as anode or cathode 32 in the window portions 41. |
