PURPOSE: An artificial insemination method of complex life using semen of a pheasant or cock is provided to create a fertilized egg showing the complex characters of a cock pheasant and a hen or a hen pheasant and cock at a ratio of 50 to 50. CONSTITUTION: The artificial insemination method of complex life comprises the steps of: collecting the semen of a pheasant or cock; diluting the collected semen with distilled water, according to the number of hens or hen pheasants to be used for the artificial insemination with distilled water; keeping a temperature of the diluted semen at a temperature of more than 20deg.C under the environment of asepsis; and injecting the semen to the pubic region of the hens or hen pheasants at a thickness of 1-2cm by using a glass pipette. |
