SOLUTION: An operation system 100 at a transmission source 150 generates an internal file to be sent to a transmission destination 140 as a client and stores it in a process waiting area 104. An integrated information exchange system 103 standardizes the formats of internal files in various formats by using containers. At this time, names given to the containers are obtained by combining the internal file names, processing times, etc. When the file converting process and exchanging process are performed, a container name is referred to and then the setting file corresponding to the container name is extracted. In the setting file, a conversion rule and an exchange rule are described in XML format, so even a user is able to easily change the conversion rule, etc. |
