PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a memory area of an information save destination of a nonvolatile storage device according to power off each time, and also to substantially more extend service life as a nonvolatile memory device than a conventional system. SOLUTION: A volatile memory device 1 having prescribed memory capacity, the nonvolatile memory device 2 having N times as large memory capacity as the volatile memory device 1, and a memory controller 4 for controlling writing and reading of information between the memory devices 1 and 2 on the basis of power on and power off, the memory area of the memory device 2 is divided into N pieces of memory block areas corresponding to the memory capacity of the memory device 1, and information of the memory device 1 when the power is turned off is saved into a designated memory block area by designating the memory block area so as to circulate the memory block areas. |
