PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective diffusion film of high quality and its manufacturing method, which suppress curling and bending, and to provide surface light source equipment, and liquid crystal display equipment. SOLUTION: In the protective diffusion film that consists of a transparent base material layer and resin layers, which are formed on the both side surfaces of the above transparent base material layer, and have surfaces of fine convexo- concave form containing no fine particles, the protective diffusion film has difference in amount of coatings for each the resin layer having the surfaces of the convexo-concave forms, within the range of -20% to 20%. |
