PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction contractor selecting method and system which selects for bidding a construction contractor of consignment construction work composed of a plurality of construction works in each construction work type and can widely recruit bidding participants and can quickly select a contractor in each construction work type. SOLUTION: A server computer 3 of a construction work assigner publicly releases a bidding detail information providing image of an order issue about the each construction work type to a user terminal 7 of a bidding participant through the Internet 5, and also provides a model of a tender obtained by putting together various information items such as a bidding image and a specification sheet in a prescribed description format. The tender returned from the user terminal 7 of the bidding participant is acquired. Bidding image information included in the tender is displayed together with image information of other related construction work types related to the construction work type in images so as to be able to adjust the positions of the images, and the contractor is selected on the basis of an evaluation value of each bidding image information decided by comparing connection situations to the other related construction work types.
