PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a program for public-service corporation accounting processing which can switch and display a general ledger and a funds receipt and disbursement ledger on the same screen when calculation documents that a public-service corporation is obligated to submit are generated. SOLUTION: Data are inputted according to journal memos (P1). An accounting processor checks the account titles of the inputted journal data according to an account title table corresponding to a set ledger system and stores them in a storage memory (P2). When a person in charge selects 'settlement processing', the settlement processing is carried out according to the set ledger system and a ledger of the set ledger system is displayed on the display screen (P3). When the person in charge indicates ledger switching, the funds receipt and disbursement ledger if the general ledger is currently displayed or the general ledger if the funds receipt and disbursement ledger is currently displayed is displayed (P4).
