PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform booking inside his (her) vehicle and also to wait his (her) turn. SOLUTION: Parking space radio equipment 10 is arranged at each parking space which is divided in the parking lot of a medical institution so as to be communication possible with vehicle radio equipment which is mounted on the vehicle Vn. The medical institution is provided with a medical institution server 20 which communicates with the parking space radio equipment 10 and collects vehicle identifying information and individual identifying information which are obtained from server radio equipment. The parking space radio equipment 10 performs radio communication with the vehicle Vn in each parking space, obtains user information of the parked vehicle and transmits it to the medical institution server 20. The server 20 conducts a procedure for receiving a service which is requested by the user of each vehicle based on collected user information and also transmits providing schedule time information concerning providing the service requested from the user to the vehicle via the parking space radio equipment 10 based on a present service reception state.
