<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically coupled element, whose mounting area can be reduced at the time of mounting the optically coupled element on an object to be mounted by saving a part which is not structurally necessary, and to provide a device and a method for manufacturing the optically coupled element. SOLUTION: A light-receiving element and a light-emitting element, respectively arranged in a pair of lead frames, are wrapped with primary mold resin made of translucent resin, and the primary mold resin is innerwrapped with secondary mold resin 14 made of light shielding resin, so that a case body can be formed. The pair of lead frames are bent in the secondary mold resin 14, and the top ends from the bending points are respectively formed as terminal parts 112 and 122, and the outside faces of those terminal parts 112 and 122 are exposed from the case body.</p> |
