PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use charge calculation system that can set a use charge of a mobile terminal in response to traffic between the mobile terminal and a base station. SOLUTION: The use charge calculation system is provided with a charge determination information storage section 106 that stores a multiple of call unit to calculate the use charge of a mobile phone 40 corresponding to the traffic of a base station 30, a traffic measurement section 101 that measures the traffic of the base station 30, an applied charge selection section 102 that selects the multiple of call unit applied to the mobile phone 40 based on the multiple of call unit stored in the charge determination information storage section 106 based on the measured traffic, and a use charge calculation section 104 that calculates the use charge of the mobile phone 40 based on the selected multiple of call unit.
