PURPOSE: A triple-layered polyethylene water pipe and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve endurance of the triple-layered polyethylene water pipe by coating polyethylene resin on inner and outer portions of the triple-layered polyethylene water pipe through an extruding coating process. CONSTITUTION: Reused resin is manufactured without performing a cleaning process for separating inorganic substance(1) from waste vinyl. A middle layer(2) of a water pipe is formed by using reused resin having inorganic substance(1) through the first extruding process. A polyethylene film is coated on a surface of the middle layer(2) of the water pipe, thereby forming a triple layer. Then, the water pipe is cut after performing a cooling process using a cooler. A thin film is coated on the surface of the middle layer(2) of the water pipe through an extruding process.
