PURPOSE: An electronic medical affairs recording system for a herbalist based on a web and a medical treatment cost demanding system are provided to enhance a quality of a medical examination and treatment by using a web based program being supplied through an on-line, thereby systematizing personal information of a patient, medial treatment information, prescription information, and medical insurance charge details information through a special company. CONSTITUTION: A client(10) uses a program through a web in a herbalist and is divided into a computer and a PDA(Personal Digital Assistants). A web server(20) receives data inputted in the client(10) and supports a web. An official recognition authentication server(30) processes a user authentication. An application server(40) verifies data and charges an execution with respect to a program management. A database server(50) stores data verified in the application server(40), manages the data, and maintains a completeness of the data.
