PURPOSE: A thermohydrostat and controller for the same are provided to control temperature and humidity with the single controller. CONSTITUTION: A thermohydrostat includes a dry and wet bulb hygrometer(110) having a dry bulb part(111) and a wet bulb part(112) to output second temperature measured by the dry bulb part and third temperature measured by the wet bulb part; a calculation circuit part(210) receiving the second temperature and the third temperature from the dry and wet bulb hygrometer to convert into second humidity and converting the second humidity and the second temperature into digital signal to output; a microcomputer(310) receiving the second temperature and the second humidity converted into digital signal from the calculation circuit part, comparing the second humidity with first humidity and the second temperature with first temperature, where the first humidity and the first temperature is stored therein in advance, generating control signal controlling a thermohydrostat or a working part of the thermohydrostat(20) to output and instructing to display the first temperature, the second temperature, the first humidity and the second humidity; and a display part(400) displaying the first temperature, the second temperature, the first humidity and the second humidity following the instruction of the microcomputer.
