A center discloses information (information regarding planning, design, test production, manufacture, etc.), regarding the development of the commodity to individual participating enterprises through a network by using the managing server 1. An enterprise which desires to participate in the development of the commodity supplies information on planning contents, design contents, a test production price, a manufacture price, etc., to the managing server 1 by using an enterprise terminal 3 to participated tender. When a successful bidder enterprise is determined, the managing server 1 informs the community of the successful bid result. The managing server 1 manages the development processes of the commodity by the successful bidder enterprise and supplies information on the development status, etc., of the commodity to the community. |
