PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel state matter filling equipment which enables a steady filling of fixed quantity of gel state matter preventing occurrence of deviation from the fixed quantity due to sags or the like even at the stage of resumed filling operation after temporary suspension of the operation. SOLUTION: The filling equipment of gel state matter is composed of a feed hopper 1 for housing gel state matter 2, a pressurization means 3 to pressurize the gel matter 2 in the hopper 1, a first switching valve connected at the bottom of the feed hopper 1 and of a filling mechanism 4 with a discharge nozzle which activates the discharge of a fixed quantity of gel state matter and stoppage of the discharge operation by switching drive of a second switching valve equipped connected to the first valve.
