PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of evaluating input-output data analysis/comparison of an image system program even in the case of displaying the image system program on the screen of a display device in a maximum size without margins. SOLUTION: An output device 402 is connected to an output controller 11 for outputting an output of the image system program A performed on a control arithmetic device 10 to another output device 401 , an output of a program B for evaluation performed on the control arithmetic device 10 and for evaluating the image system program 1 is outputted to the output device 402 through the output controller 11, and areas on the same image, connected to each other are displayed on the output devices 401 and 402 .
