PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve start characteristic by applying a mechanical rotating force to the rotor of a power generator. SOLUTION: A starter spring having an engaging part is provided to the No.6 metal part of the train of rings coupled with a power generator. The starter spring is activated and is engaged with the No.6 metal part by operating a reset lever in conjunction with the pulling of the winding crown. Thereafter, activation of starter spring is cancelled in conjunction with the push-in of the crown. The starter spring is reset to the initial position with its spring force, and a mechanical rotating is applied to the metal part in this timing. Since this rotating force can be set with an elastic force of only the starter spring, a stable rotating force can be applied to the rotor.
