PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling mount fitting of a projectors, having comparatively less number of components, ease to assemble, mount and adjust in a simple configuration. SOLUTION: In the ceiling mount fitting for projectors to mount a device main body 1 of a projector on a ceiling A of a room, a support section 2 to suspend and support the rear part of the device main body on the ceiling is provided to the rear part of the top plate of the device main body. A mount 3 to mount the front part of the device main body on the ceiling is provided to the left and right of the front part of the top plate of the device main body. Each mount 3 comprises a bolt 7 projecting downward while whose upper end is fitted to the ceiling and a mount plate 8 through which the bolt is inserted and which is fitted to the top plate of the device main body to fix the lower part of the bolt. A position adjustment means 4 comprising the bolt 7, the mount plate 8 and a nut 7a to fit the bolt and the mount plate at a prescribed portion of the screw thread formed in the prescribed range of the lower part of the bolt is provided to the lower part of the mount 3.
