PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve speedy timing control using an inexpensive configuration. SOLUTION: When a timing detector 4 detects the reception timing of effective symbol sections and difference in timing for executing fast Fourier transform by an FFT circuit 3, the timing detector 4 generates timing control signals which include operation identification information and operation amount specification information. A sample adjuster 2 adds/deletes data to the sample data of reception signals, outputted from the A/D converter based on the timing control signals. A synchronization modulator 5 and a differential demodulator 6 rotate the phase of SP signals and transmission data, to correct generated phase rotation by allowing the sample adjuster 2 to operate sample data.
