EYEGLASSES FOR NIGHT SEEING

The eyeglasses are designed for transport vehicle drivers and for observation and reconnoitering under the conditions of natural night lighting. They comprise two separate optoelectronic channels (1 and 2) fitted in two basic monolith casings (8), each comprising three parts: cylindrical (A), conical (B) and cylindrical (C), mounted on a common supporting frame (9). Along the length of frame (9) two guiding bars (17 and 18) are fitted at two of its opposite sides, which the lugs (14) of the basic casings (8) are fitted. In the middle of bar (17) a locking screw (19) with an adjusting nut (21) is fitted, locking channels (1 and 2) in bars (17 and 18). At both ends of frame (9) two elliptic carriers (22) of an elliptic slit (23) and two symmetrically fitted seats for screw (24) with nut (25) are mounted, by means of which frame (9) is fitted to mask (10). In the centre of frame (9), an adjuster (26) of rectangular base and two wings (27) is fitted, in which one each elliptic slits (28) are machined. Objective lens (3) is bulk, 7-lens type, 6-component, and lenses IV and V are stuck together, and between lenses III and IV and aperture diaphragm D is fitted. Ocular (5) is bulk, 5-lense, 4-component type, and lenses IX and X are stuck together. 3 claims, 5 figures
