PURPOSE: A tray cover coupling structure of a vehicle luggage room is provided to reduce a cost, and enhance an assembling workability as well as to perform speedily loading or unloading of an article. CONSTITUTION: A luggage room for containing an article is provided at a rear side of a vehicle body, and left and right side trims are provided at left and right sides of the luggage room. A luggage tray is provided at the left and right side trims, and composed of a storing space portion and a cover(120) for opening selectively the storing space portion. A plurality of locking piece for coupling to an inside of the storing space is extended and formed at both lower sides of the cover, and particularly, an elastic member piece(130) is extended and formed integrally at an upper inside of the storing space portion. The elastic member piece is composed of an elastic portion(131) and a handle grip(132).
