PURPOSE: A strain factor measurement device is provided to achieve improved safety for structure and aesthetic enhancement by preventing deformation caused from welding processes. CONSTITUTION: A strain factor measurement device comprises a base plate(10) having legs(11) arranged at four outer corners of the base plate, and transfer groove(12) formed at both sides of an upper surface of the base plate; a pair of movable blocks(20) arranged to be movable in a horizontal direction along the transfer groove; a pair of LM guides(30) arranged to be movable in forward and rearward directions along guide grooves(22) formed at both sides of movable blocks; a fixing member(40) arranged onto the LM guide, and which has an insertion portion(41) for fixation of a load cell(50); the load cell having a fixing plate(52) coupled to the insertion portion of the fixing member through a fixing member(2), the other fixing plate attached with a base member(1), and a strain gauge attached to the center of the load cell; and a central processing unit for classifying, storing and displaying strain values obtained from the strain gauge.
