PURPOSE: Provided is a spray operated in an overturned state which is operated in stand or overturned state simultaneously so that it is conveniently used without being confined by the location of spraying. CONSTITUTION: In the spray which discharges liquid materials inserted by a discharging tool through an outlet(50), the spray operated in the overturned state comprises the parts of: a first valve(60) which is inserted into a short sill(21) at the lower part of a tube(20); a second suction hole(70) which is formed at the upper part of the tube; and a second valve(80) which is combined with the second suction hole and moved vertically over a short sill(71) to be closed or open in a reverse time with a first suction hole(61).
