PURPOSE: Assembling structure for a cylinder of a shock absorber and a knuckle and a method thereof are provided to improve endurance, and to reduce vibration by inserting the end of the cylinder of the shock absorber into a groove of the knuckle with brazing welding. CONSTITUTION: A groove(31) is processed in a knuckle(30) to insert a cylinder(40) of a shock absorber, and the outside of the cylinder is wound by a brazing tape. The cylinder of the shock absorber is inserted to the groove of the knuckle, and the groove is heated. The cylinder of the shock absorber is combined with the knuckle by brazing welding. The endurance is improved by assembling the cylinder of the shock absorber with the knuckle through brazing welding, and concentration of stress is restricted by preventing thermal deformation.
