PURPOSE: Provided is a microwave dielectric ceramic composition with high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss and high temperature stability at high frequency. Also, multilayer products(capacitors, filters, duplexers) using the dielectric composition are manufactured. CONSTITUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition comprises the components of: main components expressed by the formula of A'xA''1-xB'yB''1-yO4, wherein A' and A'' are elements selected from La, Nd, Y and Al, B' and B'' are elements selected from Nb and Ta, and x and y are in the ranges of 0<=x<=1.0mole and 0<=y<=1.0mole; 0.01-7pts.wt.(based on 100pts.wt. of main components) of at least one sintering aid selected from B2O3, CuO, ZnO and Bi2O3; 0.01-7pts.wt.(based on 100pts.wt. of main components) of at least one additive selected from V2O5, SnO2, MgO, NiO, Sb2O3, LiF and Ag2O. The manufacturing method of multilayer products is as follow: mixing the above components to get slurry; deairing and forming slurry into tape shape with 10-19micrometer thickness; printing internal electrodes on the tapes with low melting point(<=1000deg.C) paste composed of Ag, Cu or Ag/Pd; laminating two or more tapes; and sintering under 1000deg.C.
