摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite solid high polymer electrolyte and its manufacturing method, which is cheap and excellent in oxidation resistance, intensity, and creep properties nature. SOLUTION: A composite solid high polymer electrolyte consists of a complex of a hydrocarbon system solid high polymer electrolyte and a chelate functional group having a zirconium phosphonate compound. As the chelate function group, the chelate functional group containing one or two or more phosphate groups, especially, an aminomonoalkylene-phosphonate group, an alkylaminomonoalkylene-phosphate group an iminophosphonate group, an aminodialkylenephosphonate group, or alkylenediamintriphosphonate group is favorable. Such a composite solid high polymer electrolyte can be manufactured so that, at first, the hydrocarbon system solid high polymer electrolyte may be immersed in solution of a 1st compound (for example, zirconylchloride), and subsequently, may be immersed to solution of a 2nd compound (for example, nitrilotris(methylelephosphonate)).
