PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional digital broadcast receiver that has required re-inputting of stored viewer information in the case of replacing the receiver due to a fault or by purchase. SOLUTION: The digital broadcast receiver of this invention is provided with an internal storage device that presets areas available for a broadcast enterprise to store viewer data on the basis of a received data broadcast program; a broadcast enterprise data storage means that stores the viewer data used by the broadcast enterprise to the internal storage device; an external storage device mount means to which an external storage device is removably mounted; and a viewer data external storage device storage means that stores the viewer data stored in the internal storage device to the external storage device via the external storage device mount means, and the viewer can easily use the viewer data having been used for the receiver before replacement on the occurrence of replacement of the receiver due to a fault or by purchase. |
