PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation coating structure which is to be implemented on a bare electrical wire the structure of which is superior in installation workability, prevents ground fault due to contact of a bird, a tree, or the like, and reduces the wind pressure load. SOLUTION: The insulation coating structure is implemented by winding an insulating tape 11 around an outer circumference jumper wire, and the insulation tape 11 is provided on the outer surface thereof with marks 11a indicating the overlapped space.
