PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid overlapped registration work when the registrant of individual information becomes the referring person of the individual information and vice versa. SOLUTION: Individual information on the registrant 1 of the individual information is made to correspond to the ID of the registrant 1 and registered in an individual information table 541a for registrants. Individual information on the referring person 2 who refers to the individual information is made to correspond to the ID of the referring person 2 and registered in an individual information management server 5. The server 5 specifies an information take-out BOX 543 (1)... in correspondence with the ID of the referring person 2 and reads the individual information corresponding to the ID of the inputted registrant 1 from the table 541a to copy it in a BOX 543 (n). When referring person 2 is registered as the registrant 1, the individual information registered as the referring person 2 is compared with the individual information which has to be registered as the registrant 1. When there is a registration item which is not registered yet (additional item), the registered individual information and the additional item is registered in the table 541a.
