SOLUTION: Therminal equipment of a system construction company 10 directly registers system configuration information of a system introduction company 40 subjected to system construction by the system construction company itself in a server 301 of a service provider 30 to prepare a system configuration information database 302, terminal equipment of a system tool development company 20 extracts a keyword from system fault information and transfers the extracted keyword of the fault information to the server 301 of the service provider 30, and the server 301 of the service provider 30 retrieves the system configuration information database 302 with the transferred keyword of the fault information as a retrieval condition, extracts a company corresponding to the fault and notifies the extracted company of the fault information by e-mail.</p> |
