<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a time capsule type message or will, which is contracted to surely originate or mail a message/will to a receiver on behalf of a requester at a predetermined date or when the requester falls into a predicted situation in the future. SOLUTION: A problem in an conventional manner such that the message or the will is lost or maliciously treated is solved by permitting a time capsule type message or will managing system managed by a third person to register and manage the message or the will which is generated by one's own intension when the requester is sound, i.e., generated by the requester himself or herself before he or she goes senile or dies and also to surely mail or transmit the registered message or the will to the previously announced receiver when the previously supposed situation occurs in the future.</p> |
