<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set a backup path starting from a node on a path, when setting a working path. SOLUTION: A path-setting request message about a working path including the information on whether or not protection is required is sent from an entrance node A to an exit node E, along the route of the working path. When transferring a path-setting response message 12 which is a response message for the path setting request message, each node autonomously determines a route of a backup path, and path setting request messages 14, 16, 18, and 20 about backup paths are sent out along the route of each backup path.</p> |
