PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can generate illumination light which is not photographed by a television camera. SOLUTION: In the illumination method emitting an illumination light to an object at photographing, the object is photographed synchronously with a reference synchronizing signal and the illumination light is emitted between the capturing of the photographed object image and the capturing of succeeding object image.
