<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method and an image forming device by which excellent cleaning performance is held, an image defect is not caused and an excellent electrophotographic image is formed over a long term in the case of using an organic photoreceptor and polymerized toner. SOLUTION: The image forming method is characterized in that the organic photoreceptor has a resin layer having a polycarbonate component, a siloxane condensation product component and a charge transporting structural component as a surface layer, and the cleaning blade of a cleaning device and a supporting member for the cleaning blade are partially superposed and bonded each other in parallel, then damping material is stuck to the cleaning blade.</p> |
