PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver by which a program which is broadcasted in the same TS is judged and recording or viewing of another program is simultaneously performed. SOLUTION: The digital broadcast receiver is constituted of a program information analyzing means, a means 107 for generating program tables consisting of only viewable programs, a video compositing means 108 for compositing the generated program tables, a plurality of video and voice output means and a control means which controls a channel selecting means, a separating means, a voice decoding means, a video signal decoding means, a channel selecting information analyzing means, the program information analyzing means and the program table generating means, the video compositing means, a viewer operation input means 113 and the plurality of video and voice output means. A viewer easily recognizes the viewable program with a second video and voice output means in a program recording or viewing state which is an output from the first video and voice output means and also views or records a program which is different from the program from the first video and voice output means through the use of the second video and voice output means.
