PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet holder which is superior in safety, workability, and durability. SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 2 is kept in an iron plate 3 of nearly U-shape in cross section, to direct its magnetic flux in a certain direction. The permanent magnet 2 is kept together with the iron plat 3 in a casing 1. The surface of the casing 1, having a magnetic force intensified by the iron plate 3, is represented by a magnetic attraction working surface 1A. A fastener 4, which is used for fixing the casing 1 to a belt or a part of clothing, is provided to the surface of the casing 1 opposite to its magnetic attraction working surface 1A. The fastener 4 is composed of a belt 5, which is put wound on a user's wrist and a fastening piece 4A which is fastened to the belt 5.
