PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplification circuit that prevents a transistor and a constant-current source from saturating, when the output signal waveform is clipped, and can prevent the generation of ringing. SOLUTION: This amplification circuit has current switching circuits 18, Q12 to Q15, R8, R9, and C1, thus preventing saturation of the second transistor Q5, when output signal waveform is clipped, preventing saturation of the constant current source of the first transistor Q7, and hence preventing the generation of ringing. In this case, the current switch circuit is turned on, when the output signal of the amplification circuit exceeds a constant voltage for supplying current to the second transistor Q5 composing a differential circuit, and prevents saturation of the second transistor Q5.
