PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a dynamo-electric machine used for an air-conditioner. SOLUTION: In the so-called 'laminated iron core', which is formed by punching an electromagnetic steel plate of a metal die or the like and then laminating such punched steel plates for use in a dynamo-electric machine, a recessed shape is formed on the surface opposite to the surface, where burrs 1 are generated through the punching of electromagnetic steel plate. Accordingly, when the electromagnetic steel plates formed through the punching with the metal die are laminated, burrs 1 of the steel plates to be laminated are accommodated within the recessed part 2 provided to the steel plates; thereby, insulation between layers of the laminated iron core can be assured and conductivity due to the burrs of steel plates can also be prevented; and as a result, loss by an eddy current of the laminated iron core and generation of heat can be reduced.
