PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for stably pasting even an ACF for an FPC (anisotropically conductive film for a flexible printed board) having a width of a present dimensional tolerance on an LCD(liquid crystal device). SOLUTION: The apparatus for stably pasting even the ACF for the FPC comprises a film supply unit for feeding the anisotropically conductive film, a rotary pulley for positioning the fed conductive film, a liquid crystal device stage for aligning the liquid crystal device on the positioned conductive film, a pasting head and a connecting stage for pasting the film on the liquid crystal device. The pulley 13 has a roller 13a which has guide collars 13b and 13c at both ends in a truncated conical shape. In this case, the end having a large diameter of the roller 13a is used as a pasting reference end of the conductive film 1.
