PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide disk cartridge which can surely remove static electricity without damaging the data recording region of a recording disk. SOLUTION: The disk cartridge 1 provided with a cartridge body 2 having an internal space for housing the recording disk D is provided with a destatizing film 16 for removing the static electricity generated at the recording disk D and an elastically deformable elastic member 19 on the inside surface of the cartridge body 2 facing the recording disk D.
