PURPOSE: A tonneau cover used in a vehicle is provided to improve the convenience of use by fixing a moving member to a holder through allowing the moving member to be slidably moved along a guide. CONSTITUTION: A tonneau cover is installed at a rear room of a vehicle. The tonneau cover includes a fixing body(100). A screen(110) is installed at one side of the fixing body(100). One part of the fixing body(100) is externally opened such that the screen(110) is easily introduced/withdrawn into/from the fixing body(100). A returning device is installed in the fixing body(100) so as to wind the screen(110). A moving member(200) having a receiving chamber therein is installed in the screen(110). A hole is formed on an upper portion of the receiving chamber. A coupling member(400) is provided in the receiving chamber. The coupling member(400) includes a locking pin, a fixing pin installed at one side of the locking pin, and a spring.
